My Apple Mac did not switch on one morning, called Aci and managed to fix it and is back with me full working, value for money Apple Store wanted £500 to get the logic board replaced, good to know there are company who can fix apple macs, thank you and will recommend you.

I spilled a cup of tea on my Mac laptop and needed to get it repaired. I googled repair companies and eventually found ACI. They arranged for my computer to be collected by UPS, repaired and delivered back to me for a lower cost than I had been quoted from other companies. The people at ACI were absolutely lovely, great customer service, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Have used ACI laptop repairs for a number of years for complex electronic failure repairs – Mac / and PC, they have skilled technicians and although in some cases the turn around time can be extended (1 month) this is also understandable – international parts procurement can take 10 days+, quality control and testing takes time, and electronic repairs are not trivial – even with cases that have turned out to be nightmareish work (and that others would claim constitute outright hardware failure “buy a new one”) ACI have managed both a professional repairs process and managed to resurrect the hardware successfully, I highly recommend them if your looking to get your laptop and mobile hardware fixed up.

I was delighted with the excellent Mac repair service I received from ACI. The secretaries Hena and Taylor were very efficient and as the Mac was a refurbished model when bought due to value issues the company even gave me a discount. Quite a difficult repair as liquid ingress to the keyboard but they repaired motherboard tracks and changed 2 chipsets and resistors all for £150 plus needed new keyboard. All working perfectly and software I was using all in place. I thoroughly recommend them. Nick
